Wardell/Baker Scholarship

As the co-founders of Chelan-Douglas CASA, Carol Wardell and Sue Baker have donated countless hours advocating for our children and youth.

This scholarship is a noble way to honor both Sue and Carol who dedicated all of their wills and resolve in see children and youth who have been in foster or relative care thrive and become successful.

The goal of this scholarship is to propel these same children and youth toward a positive future where they become parents, role models, and leaders.
